Yoga Dance Co has been life changing for my girls. When my older daughter Layila was diagnosed with Cancer her younger sister Dallis was constantly being pushed aside because I was always so busy with hospital stays, treatments, etc… and when Dallis was introduced to YDC it was an outlet she found, and something she took to naturally, and advanced so fast in a short amount of time. She was so shy and her confidence just grew and she couldn’t wait to perform. She is the shyest kid and I couldn’t believe when she said “mom I want to do the recital!!” Dallis loves Miss Madison!! As for Layila YDC was her first exercise, movement since her diagnosis. She had been in the hospital, stuck inside for over a year and she loved it. Mrs. Auburn lets Layila work at her own pace, never pushing her to more than she can handle even if she just wants to cocoon and lay in the hammock all class lol.

Auburn owns the studio and she is an amazing teacher. She helps you understand that it is not just about getting in shape, it’s about self love. Also, you don’t have to be a size small to take this journey. If you are looking for a place to work out, nurture your soul, and connect with amazing humans, look no further. 5 stars all around!

The turnout was incredible, and the energy in the room was contagious. You can really feel the passion and positivity that Auburn brings to her space. I can’t wait to come back and experience one of her classes - it looks like so much fun and a great way to move and recharge. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re looking for a unique and uplifting experience!
